Key Responsibilities
– Support the sales department in generating leads for prospective clients and
manage client database.
– Research and map potential clients and manage client database.
– Conduct site survey to identify and assess the needs of the customers.
– Assist the Sales Head to prepare sales pitch, sales proposals, and draft
agreements based on the needs of the clients.
– Support the Sales Department in achieving its targets and objectives.
– Occasionally, support the team with administrative tasks as and when needed.
Key Deliverables
– Submit an internship report at the end of the Internship tenure, clearly reflecting
on the learnings.
– Attend at least 5 client meetings, make 30 cold calls to prospective clients.
– Document current sales strategies and contribute the development of Sales
SOP.
Required Qualifications
– Should be currently enrolled in a college/ university at bachelor’s or master’s
degree in management, Business, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Liberal
Studies etc.
– Should have the passion to learn and grow and should be self-motivated to
exhibit the roles and responsibilities of the Job.
– Prior experience in Sales or Marketing is an asset but not necessary.
– Should be well verse with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Presentation.
– Should be fluent in English (written and oral communication), Gujarati (Oral) and
has strong analytical, and comprehensive skills.
– Should be reliable, adaptive, accountable and have the ability to work in teams.

Duration
– The internship is for 3 months and extendable up to 6 months. Based on the
performance and enthusiasm, selected interns will then be encouraged to apply
for employment at Duro Green or will be able to continue to work on part-time
basis along with studies.
Any expenses occurred as part of work will be reimbursed.
