Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and generate leads for the sales head to obtain new clients.
  • Researching, mapping and analyzing potential clients and manage client database.
  • Liaison with municipal corporation officers, private sector and other relevant and potential clients from where the lead can be generated.
  • Conduct site survey to identify and assess the needs of the customers.
  • Deliver sales pitch and presentation to convert leads to successful sales.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients to close the sales.
  • Prepare proposals and draft agreements based on the needs of the clients.
  • Ensure that the firm’s sales target is achieved.
  • Regularly input the MIS and DSR sheet in the software and provide updates to the reporting manager.
  • Efficiently handover the closed deals to project and operations manager, the accounts department and the customer care executive.
  • Identify new revenue streams for business, potential prospects and sales options.

Required Qualifications

  • Should have a graduation or post-graduation degree in BBA, B. Com, Engineering, MBA, Sales and Marketing or any other relevant academic qualifications.
  • Should have relevant experience of at least 0.5-2 years as a sales or business development executive and a total experience of 2-5 years in the service provider industry.
  • Should posses the ability to effectively liaise with decision-makers at all levels of the organization.
  • Should have effective people skills, take proactive approach and has a consultative sale approach.
  • Should be well versed with Microsoft Office
  • Should be fluent in English (written and oral communication), Gujarati (Oral) and has strong analytical, and comprehensive skills.
  • Should have the ability to multi-task and understand priorities of the organization.
  • Should be reliable, adaptive, accountable and have the ability to work in teams.

Salary Expectations

  • The annual Salary range from 3.36- 4.20 (per annum). The exact salary is subject to candidate’s experience, motivation and calibre. For exceptional candidates, we are willing to negotiate the salary and there will be no bar.

HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

    • Strategize and organize entire recruitment process including but not limited to publishing job postings, conducting interviews, screening candidates, negotiating salaries, collecting candidate information, and issuing appointment letters.
    • Conduct on-boarding of the incoming recruits and assist the team in carrying out training programs of both incoming recruits and existing employees.
    • Identify and implement employee engagement activities throughout the year.
    • Responsible for addressing the grievances and bridging the gap between the daily wagers and the executive team.
    • Ensure compliances are managed in the hiring process.
    • Manage attendance of employees and workers on a daily basis
    • Regularly review and approve salary sheet and manage exit formalities.
    • Responsible for the Auditing and Updating of DuroGreen HR Policies
    • Prepare SOP for HR department.
    • Assist the team for admin tasks as and when needed such as carry out email correspondence with external and internal stakeholders, getting quotations for various departments and other miscellaneous tasks.

Required Qualification

  • Should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, MBA or equivalent or any other relevant academic qualification
  • Should have at least 0.5-1.5 years of relevant work experience and a total experience of 2-3 years.
  • Should be well versed with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an asset.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills in English and ability to read and speak in Gujarati.
  • Previous experience of working or managing blue collar workers is desirable.
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm, ability to work in teams and independently is a must.

    3. Documentation and Record Keeping:
      • Accurately document all inbound inquiries and client grievances and maintain comprehensive database.
      • Ensure proper filing and organization of customer-related documentation for easy retrieval and analysis.
    4. Payment Follow-ups:
      • Conduct systematic follow-ups on pending payments, utilize system-generated messages to streamline the payment process.
      • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely resolution of payment-related issues.
    5. Client Insights Gathering:
      • Design and conduct client surveys to gather insights into preferences, needs, and overall satisfaction.
      • Analyse the surveyed data to identify trends and patterns, provide actionable recommendations for enhancing customer experience.
    6. Annual Client Renewals:
      • Manage the annual client renewal process, ensuring timely communication with clients about contract renewals.
      • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to secure client renewals and address any concerns.
    7. Lead Assignment:
      • Understand the requirements of leads generated and inquiries received.
      • Effectively assign leads to the sales team based on client needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to the sales process.
